Join Spruce Root and Chloe Miller, a CPA who works closely with business owners and crew in the fishing industry, for a session on managing finances. Topics will include what and how to keep records, when it might be time to hire a bookkeeper, how to choose the right CPA, and what steps to take if you haven’t filed taxes in a while. There will also be time to ask any questions you might have.  

The workshop will be held on Friday, December 5th, from 10 am to 11:30 am.

We welcome individuals who are looking to improve their overall financial management, whether it pertains to their fishing business or their role as a crew member. This course will take place via Zoom and is open to all Southeast Alaska residents or Sealaska Shareholders outside of Southeast Alaska.
