At the beginning of the month Spruce Root, Tlingit & Haida and Southeast Conference came together with the USDA and other federal partners for a day of visioning around the shared values and understanding of the USDA's Southeast Alaska Sustainability Strategy.

We look forward to continuing to highlight how the USDA's new approach to land management through the sustainability strategy is taking the lead from networks like the Sustainable Southeast Partnership to emphasize building relationships and trust to further locally-led stewardship of land, waters, and communities in Southeast Alaska.
